Do all socks have grips on both sides?
Yes. All our socks have heartshaped grips on the outside and small dotted grips on the inside to keep your feet secured in place.
Which sizes do you offer?
Our socks have been made to stretch and adjust to your feet, so one size comfortably fits most feet between UK size 5 (37 EU) and 9 (42 EU).
Can I return my order?
Yes. We are sure that you'll love your Pilatoes Socks, so every order comes with a 30-day trial!
In case things don't go as planned, you have 30 full days to request a refund. No questions asked.

How do I wash my socks?
Machine wash your Pilatoes socks cold and tumble dry them on low, or dry hang them.
Do not add bleach, dry flat, or iron them.
